Hi Jeremy, we are getting lots of spring flowers here, the weather is really sunny but windy. Thought you might need the weather report. Ha
If you get to Venice,and I hope you do, try to get out to that little island where they make the beautiful glass. Murano. They give free demonstrations. Take the #41 or 42 water bus to Murano. It is the first stop. As you exit the platform turn left, walk along the water to "Fornace Glass".
While there see the church of the Santa Maria e Sa Donto. Lovely inside. The marble was laid in
1140. The outside of the building is plain but inside is nice. Take good care. Gail
